Psychiatric Evaluation

For a comprehensive initial evaluation, which typically involves a thorough assessment of your mental health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals, our fee is $300. During this session, we will take the time to get to know you, gather important information, and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Follow Up Appointments

For subsequent follow-up appointments, which are essential for monitoring your progress, adjusting medications if necessary, and providing ongoing support, our fee is $175 per session. These appointments are typically shorter in duration compared to the initial evaluation but remain crucial for maintaining your mental well-being and ensuring the effectiveness of your treatment plan.

We offer two options for our appointments:

Telehealth

Telehealth appointments are via Doximity (your provider will send you a link to this prior to your appointment either via phone or email)

Home Visit

For an additional fee, concierge home visits services are available. A home visit fee is an additional $50 on top of the appointment where a provider will come into your home to complete a full psychiatric evaluation as well as medication management appointments.
